Boost Yields While Enhancing Your Soil
OMRI-certified microbial inoculant designed to degrade glyphosate and AMPA, restore soil biodiversity, and boost crop health.
For farmers battling the hidden threats of herbicides and their dangerous byproduct, AMPA, there's a revolutionary solution: PaleoPower from Ancient Organics Bioscience. This OMRI-certified microbial inoculant is a game-changer, designed to degrade glyphosate and AMPA (aminomethylphosphonic acid), restore soil biodiversity, and boost crop health.
Backed by compelling research from a 2025 cotton field study and a 2024 corn and sauerkraut investigation, PaleoPower offers a powerful, sustainable way to rejuvenate soils and enhance yields (13.5% increase in corn). Its unique ability to survive mixing with glyphosate makes it a standout tool for modern agriculture. Pair PaleoPower with MycorrPlus-A for a complete soil restoration program.
Glyphosate is a double-edged sword. While effective against weeds, it disrupts soil microbes by inhibiting the shikimate pathway, crucial for microbial and plant health. Glyphosate breaks down into aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA), which is even more persistent, lingering in soils for many months and bonding with essential nutrients like iron, manganese, and zinc, which makes them unavailable to plants.
This chelation starves crops and microbes, reducing soil fertility and crop quality. PaleoPower steps in to save the day, breaking down these pollutants and revitalizing soil ecosystems that MycorrPlus-A has helped to establish.
PaleoPower consists of eight strains of bacteria but is incredibly complex in nature, created with many sub-strains making up each of the eight strains. These sub-strains were selected for their ability to work together to degrade herbicides and cycle soil nutrients. With 7.2 billion cells in every gram, including 4.05 billion spores, PaleoPower is built to withstand harsh conditions.
Its spores, which work like protective armor, shield microbes from glyphosate and its harmful surfactants (like polyoxyethyleneamine). This empowers PaleoPower to remain strong, even when mixed directly with herbicides.
PaleoPower is manufactured using a co-fermentation process with 2% organic molasses, which enhances microbial teamwork, producing postbiotics—enzymes and peptides—that bolster resilience. This ensures PaleoPower's microbes remain active, colonizing soil even in herbicide-treated fields.
PaleoPower's ability to neutralize glyphosate and AMPA is extraordinary. Your PaleoPower-grown corn, wheat, small grains and soybeans will contain less herbicide residue and be far healthier for those that eat it (including livestock). Isn't this what farming is really about, growing food that is good for you?
72% reduction in glyphosate and 50% reduction in AMPA within six months.
80–90% degradation of total effective glyphosate (TEG) in 6–7 months, with up to 88.38% TEG reduction.
75% less herbicide residue in harvested grapes on PaleoPower-treated land compared to controls.
13.5 bushels/acre increase in shelled corn and 2.68 ton/acre increase in corn silage.
From firmer cabbage that has prevented millions in loss from soggy sauerkraut to boosting corn yields, PaleoPower proves that microbial innovation can transform agriculture. While further studies across diverse soils are needed, the cotton and corn results are a testament to its potential.
Strains like Sphingomonas and Mesorhizobium use enzymes like C-P lyase to break glyphosate's carbon-phosphorus bond, converting it into beneficial phosphate and amino acids. AMPA, which is harder to break down, was nonetheless degraded—with the cotton study showing dramatic increases in methane metabolism and inositol phosphate metabolism, indicating robust phosphate cycling. Goodbye, AMPA. You've been converted to phosphorus and amino acids!
PaleoPower also amplifies native microbes, like Burkholderia, enhancing the soil's natural capacity for degrading plant residue. This dual action—breaking down herbicides and stimulating the wonderful flora that MycorrPlus-A has helped to establish in the soil—makes PaleoPower a soil restoration superstar.
Glyphosate and other herbicides tend to reduce the many diverse strains of soil microbes to far fewer strains, thus reducing their ability to function and make nutrients available to plants. PaleoPower reverses this and fosters a vibrant, diverse microbiome. In the cotton and corn studies, treated soils had more varied communities of microbes. Soil life thrived once again after treatment with PaleoPower!
Enhanced by 89.5% in the cotton study.
Boosted by 22.4% in treated soils.
7150.9% increase, indicating robust phosphate cycling from AMPA breakdown.
65.7% increase, supporting nutrient cycling in treated soils.
The cotton study revealed improved soil structure alongside these gains. Soils that are home to a diverse community of microbes resist stress, cycle nutrients more efficiently, and support strong and healthy crops, making PaleoPower essential for sustainable farming.
PaleoPower's benefits extend beyond remediation. The corn study noted better silage quality for milk production, and the cotton study noted enhanced crop vigor. Plus, PaleoPower has Biosafety Level 1 status and organic certification, making it safe and versatile.
4.2% increase in manganese/iron transport counters glyphosate’s nutrient binding.
2.3% boost in starch sucrose metabolism releases energy for crops.
225% upregulation in sulfiredoxin enhances drought and salinity resistance.
3-year shelf life when stored indoors, out of direct sunlight, above freezing and below 100°F.
Application is simple—choose one of the following:
Put 1 qt./acre MycorrPlus-A into the tank, add enough water for a 10 gal./acre tank mix, and finally add in 8 oz./acre PaleoPower. This fosters a thriving soil ecosystem, enhancing root development and nutrient uptake. This can result in up to a 20% increase in yield.
Important: Do not mix MycorrPlus directly with PaleoPower. Always dilute MycorrPlus with the full amount of water you will be applying before adding PaleoPower.
Put 1.5 qt./acre MycorrPlus-A into the tank, add enough water for at least a 20 gal/acre tank mix. Once you have added all the water, then add in 16 oz./acre PaleoPower and broadcast right after planting. This saturates the soil with beneficial microbes, maximizing water retention and soil structure. With this application, yields can soar even more!
Apply 1.5 qt./acre MycorrPlus-A with 16 oz./acre of PaleoPower through the sprinkler.
Add 20 oz./acre directly in with your herbicide ($14.06 per acre). This standalone option helps safeguard soil health and boost nutrient availability for a quick, cost-effective win.
For farmers, PaleoPower means healthier soils, higher yields, and sustainable practices. See MycorrPlus application instructions for full program guidance.
